How We Work With You

Sometimes people come to us looking for occasional website updates or one off website updates. However, many clients prefer to establish an ongoing working relationship with Host and Support. In cases where Host and Support have been asked to provide full website maintenance, we would usually work according to the following schedule: but we are here to work for you as you require!

Stage 1: You tell us what you're hoping to achieve with your website, including your targets and goals.

Stage 2: We will evaluate both your competitors websites and your own website. This will give us a clear idea of what steps we need to take to make your website a market leader.

Stage 3: Host and Support designers will create a design for your website, taking into account everything we have learned during the previous stages.

Stage 4: We will establish what keywords to target. This means finding out what the keywords are that your potential customers are typing into search engines relating to your business. Over the years we have developed our own unique way of finding out precisely what keywords people are searching for on the major search engines.

Stage 5: We will then begin to optimise your website for these keywords. We will do this by both internal and external optimisation (link building). This will virtually guarantee that your website achieves a high ranking on the major search engines. We can usually get our clients to the top of Google within a time scale of three to six months.

Stage 6: We will begin to build powerful back end systems which will help your business to grow.

Stage 7: Your website will receive ongoing maintenance from us. This includes; keeping your website up to date (changing/adding pictures/text/general information etc) keeping your website at the top of the search engines and making sure you stay ahead of your competitors.
