Monthly Technical Support includes onsite visits and email support. We will monitor your systems and ensure their heath and performance. Monthly support Is highly recommended as it gives you piece of mind. Richmond, Host and Support visit you twice a month to do health check on your systems. Richmond, Host and Support will update your Windows, drivers, and software and keep performance logs.
